General Membership Meeting

We will be holding our Tri-Annual General Membership Meeting on Sunday, August 24th at 10 AM at PBYC. In addition to reviewing general club business, we will also be electing members to fill the following positions for the 2025-2027 term: 
 
Commodore 
Vice Commodore 
Rear Commodore 
Secretary
Treasurer
Board of Trustees (three members)
 
The Nominating Committee (Past Commodore Kim Cuneo, Past Trustee April Krajewski, and Member Lisa Biggs) will present the nominees for consideration. 
 
If anyone else would like to stand for election, an opportunity will be provided for nominations to be presented from the floor.
 
We will also be approving the meeting minutes from our May 2025 General Meeting. Please take a moment to review these minutes prior to attending our August 24th meeting. Meeting minutes can be accessed through the Members Only section* of our website or downloaded using the link in the General Membership Meeting notice email that was recently sent out.
