We're looking for passionate and energetic Sailing Instructors to join our Junior Sailing program for our 2026 summer season! If you love being on the water and enjoy working with kids, this is the perfect opportunity to share your skills and inspire the next generation of sailors. Ideal candidates are confident sailors with strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude. Previous coaching or instructional experience is a plus, but we’re happy to provide training for the right fit.
